
Mango Salsa Margarita

Ingredients:

2 oz Costa Tequila Blanco

1 oz lime juice

1/4 of a ripe mango

1/2 oz chile ancho liqueur

1/2 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
-
1/2 oz agave
-
2-3 dashes of hot sauce (to your spice level)

Pinch of salt
-
Fresh cilantro (for shaking and garnish)

Mango slice (for garnish)

Tajin (for rim)

Dehydrated lime wheel (for garnish)
Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, add your Costa Tequila Blanco, lime juice and mango. Give it a good muddle!

Next, add in your chile ancho liqueur, orange juice, agave, salt, hot sauce, and cilantro.

Add ice and shake.

Grab a short glass, trace the rim with the inside of a lime and dip into your Tajin.

Add fresh ice and double strain your cocktail into the glass. You might need to use a spoon to push the mixture through the strainer.

Garnish with cilantro, a mango slice, and a dehydrated lime wheel.
