Ingredients:

2 oz Costa Tequila Blanco

1 oz elderflower liqueur

1 oz lemon juice

3 slices cucumber

2 oz sparkling water

1 lemon wheel (for garnish)
Directions:

In your cocktail shaker, muddle two cucumber slices, and add ice, tequila, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice.

Shake very well. Strain into a glass with ice and top with sparkling water.

Garnish with a cucumber slice and lemon wheel. Cheers!
