Ingredients:
3 oz Costa Tequila Reposado
1 oz Aperol
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz lemon juice
Sparkling water (to top)
Grapefruit slice (for garnish)
Directions:
Pour tequila, Aperol, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice.
Shake and pour into a glass with ice.
Top with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with a lemon peel.
