Cranberry Rosemary Hot Toddy

Ingredients (for 4):

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 2 star anise

  • 4 cloves

  • 2 cups filtered water

  • 2 whole lemons, juiced

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

  • 8 oz Costa Tequila Reposado

  • 4 sprigs rosemary (for garnish)

  • 4 cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, on medium low heat, add honey, cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves, water, lemon juice, and cranberries. Bring to a low simmer and stir. Remove from heat and transfer to a pitcher, once chilled slightly.

  2. In a glass, divide the warm mixture to 4 glasses, and add 2 oz of Costa Tequila Reposado to each glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of rosemary.
