Ingredients:
2 ounces Costa Tequila Café
Dash pure vanilla extract
2 ounces espresso
4 ounces ginger beer
Directions:
In a tall glass, add ice, espresso, vanilla, tequila, and top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger or a piece of crystalized ginger.
