THE HIGHLANDS

This mountainous region provides agaves with soft, fruit-forward, and floral characteristics. The cool climate and elevated altitude create ideal conditions for developing more delicate natural sugars. These characteristics are represented in the initial aroma and taste of our tequila, contributing elegant notes that include fresh citrus, wildflowers, and ripe tropical fruits.

THE LOWLANDS

This lowland region provides agaves with earthy, peppery, and herbal characteristics. The mineral-rich volcanic soil and warmer climate intensify the robust agave flavors. These characteristics are represented in the silky texture of our tequila and the lingering finishing notes, including warm spices, aromatic herbs, and a subtle hint of black pepper.

Our Process

After meticulous harvesting by our outstanding jimadors, the agave hearts (piñas) from both regions are cooked in centuries-old brick ovens for 55 hours. Our master distiller, Ingeniero Agustin Sanchez, personally oversees every stage of the slow fermentation and double distillation process, creating an exquisite natural spirit that represents the perfect harmony between two unique terroirs.
